Really good and does the Job

This backup batter is really good. It has came in handy when other individuals battery is almost or already dead. The different adapters come in handy when its different type of phones. One thing though is that the adapter for the unit it self (so it can be plugged in to charge up) is coming apart and I don't know if I can purchase a replacement or if cellphone shop can replace it. I have not been able to use it for about 6-7 months now due to this and cannot charge up the unit.
Pros:
It's fast and convenient very helpfull when there are no wall plugs.
Cons:
The adapter to the unit (in order for it to plug in to charge) is coming apart and have not been able to use it.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
Worked once

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, I made sure and tested it before I gave it to her and it worked, she went back to the east coast where she goes to school, and in February She told me that she was trying to charge her phone for the first time and it wouldn't work, she sent it back to me in late March. I emailed customer service and never received a reply, the blue light still comes on and it can be charged but it does not charge a phone from either out1 or out2. I am a long time customer and have never had a problem with any of the products form Cellphone shop.

Dissappointed

This product worked once for me and then never worked again. I sent a message but never heard back. I have been purchasing from cell phone shop for about 10 years now and this has been the first product I was disappointed with. I even goggled it to see if I was doing something wrong. :(

Backup Battery

Have not used it but briefly tried it on my I Phone and it seemed to work OK. Took a little brain power to figure out all the connectors, but, other than that, seems to be easy peasy!

Exactly what I needed

I have a Samsung Galaxy S (the old one with the flip down keyboard) and I love it but it's a battery hog. Since I travel long distances by air with few/no means of recharging it I needed a b-i-g battery. And this is it. It will recharge my phone from dead to full almost three times, quickly too.

Huge capacity.
Charges my phone quickly
Recharges quickly
Cons:
Nothing. It's great.

Serves its purpose

I bought this thinking it was a mophie. It's not. This is An external battery. It works well though. It's perfect to take along with you to a football game or tail gating. The best part is it has a charging adapter for almost any phone so when my iPhone charger died I was able to use the USB cord with adapter that came with this.
