Will this USB connection charge the phone while it is plugged in?

I have an DC charger that has 2 female USB connections that work with and charge an iPhone (with appropriate male USB connection). I would like to find a similar male USB connection for a Casio phone so we can charge both phones with this one DC charger. I have purchased another cable similar to the one pictured here and it appears to charge the Casio when it is connected to the computer, but not when it is connected to the DC charger.
