Handy little gadget

I've been using this item for several months now, though I'd gotten it some time ago & just never had the chance to try it out. Then my phone, a Samsung Sidekick (terrible phone, nothing but trouble & has been replaced by T-Mobile 3 times already in the space of a few months. End of aside, back to review....), started to give out & with the help of this little honey I was able backup & copy across needed files from one card the 16gb sim card in the phone to the new 32gb card in the reader w/ ease. Sold a couple other friends on getting one, too. A truly sweet little gadget.

You're saying that I simply place my cell phone SD card into this device and insert the device USB in my computer allowing an automatic download from the cell phone SD onto my computer? I don't need a CD to load a program on my computer to make this device work with my computer?
