As usual for something this inexpensive, there are some weak points that will probably break quickly if you try to move it on & off the window much. But if you get it stuck on there once really well, it'll stay for a long time, which surprised me since the phone has a lot of leverage against the suction cup way out on the flex-arm like it is. Bounces a bit on rough roads but can still see screen pretty well, especially so much closer to me that with shorter-armed mounts. Comes with some extra accessory parts for different uses, a pretty complete kit. Doesn't come with a stick-on disk for the dashboard, but with such a long arm you won't need it.
On my next order, I'm going to throw on another one of these, so when the first one breaks it'll be ready to go. Really very good value for a tenner or so. See pros & cons for a few more details.
Pros:
Clamps onto phones well; doesn't block anything on my S3; long, stiff gooseneck gets it all the way from the windshield to where I can see it well; phone-clamping part is large but removes easily from arm to either restore nearly-full view of windshield OR to make removing phone from clamp easier.
Cons:
Window-suction-ratchet-lock thingy is a tiny cheap tab that barely holds and will probably be the first thing to break; phone-clamp-release won't spring open in very cold weather, takes two hands to push button and force holder clamping arms open.

first off it was made really well, and holds my phone "I have an evo 4g lte" snug even without a case. A sure grip on windshield. i think it will last a long time. All ready had it a month still good.

So far I've only used this a couple of times. When driving I use my buetooth earpiece but I like to see the screen on my phone. This makes it easier and safer than looking down to find the phone.

A very rudimentary device. Generally works okay, but
don't bother if you want your phone to charge while it's cradled
unless your charger plugs in at the bottom or top of the phone. The
air vent clip - useless!

Broke as soon as I got it

Broke within first 5 minutes of trying to set it up, a
spring popped out of it, where the stand grips the phone it makes
it impossible to charge the phone while it is in the holster. Never
locks into position so the phone would fall off the ac vent when
using the clip. Its a good idea but they need to addjust how teh
phone is held to allow for charging while holding it. And allow for
vertical AND horizontal holding.

It is very simple to install, but what use is it if it
doesnt hold the phone? none! the 'wings' will not go in and grip
the phone. It worked perfectly the first time I used it, but as
soon as I pushed the button to release the sides, that was the end
of it. They wont go back in now.

I do like this! Not too bulky and I set it up on the
window to the left of my steering wheel to maximize my view while
driving. The way it's positioned, it's like I have an extra mirror

I use this to hold iphone in a Defender case. It holds
any size gadget I have: ipod, gps. I can hang it from the car vent,
but I stick it to the windshield. The flexible neck is long enough
to put the iphone in easy reach and does not block vision. I could
see the hard plastic breaking with rough use or dropping, but
strong so far.

Tried different holders, but this one is perfect for
phone/gps while in the car. Versatile applications make it
adaptable for a variety of settings in the car, and on the boat.
The price is a 1/4 of what others are asking and theirs don't hold
suction to the windshield! I have bought numerous gadgets from

to dig out your cellphone off your holster with your seat belt in

Very flimsy

When attached to the windshield it bounces around making
it unusable. When trying to attach it to the vents as advertized it
won't work because the hook is too short to reach the back of any
vent cross bars.

Was going to use in my truck for work but the suction cup
wouldn't stick to my window at all. It kept falling off. Also the
long arm on the device kept bouncing every little bump in the road.
