1. Is there any warranty on your products?
Ans 1: All CellPhoneShop products come with a 3-month warranty, which starts at the
time of the original purchase by the end-user. The warranty will
cover defects in materials and workmanship.
2. Can I return or exchange my purchase if I do not like it?
Ans 2: To ensure customer satisfaction, you can refund and/or
exchange your purchase
within 14 days from the purchase date. Please contact our
customer support representatives at
support@cellphoneshop.com
to obtain a Return Authorization (“RA”) and send it back with a return address. Shipping and handling fees, however,
are non-refundable. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging. Please include the original invoice in the
return package. Refund will only be issued to the credit card
used for the original purchase.
3. Can I reach CellPhoneShop by phone?
Ans 3: Yes. Customers can place orders by phone but a US$2.00 handling fee will
be charged. Customers are encouraged to choose online
orders which does not charge any handling fee. We are also
providing customer support through email and phone. Should

4. Does CellPhoneShop have a physical store?
Ans 4: We do not have a physical store; only online shopping is offered.
