1. Guide - Universal Battery Charger

Ans 1: Steps: Locate the 2 moveable metal contact arms on the universal battery charger. Align one of the arms onto the positive polarity of the battery and the other on a negative polarity. Once you see that the red indicator light is on, you can put the charger to a power outlet and start charging. (Press the indicator switch if the indicator light is not on automatically.) The indicator light will turn into green when the battery is fully charged. Please do not charge any battery with this device for more than 2 hours each time.

2. The Extended Lithium battery for V3 does not fit my cell phone.

Ans 2: The extended battery with back cover is compatible with the model V3 only. However, it will not work in other models in the V3 series including V3c, V3m, V3r ...etc.

3. I cannot fix the snap on cover onto my cell phone.

Ans 3: Please try the following steps. Check if you have all the pieces needed for installing the clip at the back of the cover ready: a silver round-shaped piece, a screw, a sticker and a star-shaped clip. Place the round silver piece on the inner part of the back cover and the star-shaped clip on the outer part. Use a Philips head screwdriver to fix the 2 pieces, so as to attach the clip to the back cover.

4. I cannot find the plug for the universal external antenna.

Ans 4: Please note that the universal external antenna comes with a velcro pad, which can be attached to the back of the cell phone.

5. I cannot plug in the external antenna for my motorola V3 / LG VX5200 cell phone.

Ans 5: There is a hidden plug, which may be covered by a rubber, at the back of the phone. Please try plugging in the antenna there.

6. I cannot charge my cell phone with the LG3200 desktop charger.

Ans 6: The battery desktop charger is for charging batteries only.

7. The flashing antenna for the cell phone is not working.

Ans 7: Please check whether your cell phone is a CDMA one (which does not require a sim card  for operation), since flashing antennas we sell are incompatible with CDMA ones.

8. I cannot hear the other side talking through the Audio Adapter.

Ans 8: The audio adapter can only be used for listening to music.

9. The handsfree is labeled for Nokia 6019i but it does not fit the phone.

Ans 9: Please try again to plug in the handsfree at a 45-degree angle.

10. Can I get a manual for my cell phone from CellPhoneShop?

Ans 10: Sorry, we do not provide any user manual.
