1. What is the passkey code of the bluetooth headset?
Ans1: The passkey code to activate most of the bluetooth
headset
is set at "0000" as
default.
2. The indicator light on the bluetooth headset is not on.
Ans 2: It may take a minute for the indicator light to turn on.
Please try again.
3. I cannot connect the bluetooth headset with my cell
phone.
Ans 3: Please try the following steps for pairing.
Turn on the headset
by pressing the call button for 8 seconds. The indicator light
will then flash alternatively in blue and red. Activate the
bluetooth function of your
cell phone and search for the headset. Once
the bluetooth device is detected, select OK or Yes to pair
the
two. Enter the passkey: 0000 and select OK. Please note that
the suggested steps are applicable to most of the
bluetooth headset
models we carry."

Ans 4: Steps for pairing:
Turn on the
bluetooth function on your cell phone
before you connect the headset
with the cell phone.
1. Select ""menu"" > ""settings"" > ""connection"" > ""bluetooth link"" > ""set up""
2. Scroll to ""power""
3. Press ""change""
4. Scroll to ""on""
5. Press ""select"" to turn on the bluetooth feature.This will remain on until you turn it off. (Applicable to most
Motorola cell phones)
b. Pair the
bluetooth headset with your cell phone
1. Turn on the headset by pressing the call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the blue indicator light turns on and remains constant.
2. Search for the bluetooth device on you cell phone. (select ""menu"" > ""setting"" > ""connection"" >""bluetooth
link"" > ""handsfree"" > ""look for device"")
3. Choose Motorola H3/ H500/ H700. Once the
bluetooth device is detected, select OK or Yes for pairing.
4. Enter the passkey: 0000 and select OK. The indicator light should change from steadily lit to flashing if the headset is paired to the cell phone.

the suggested steps are applicable to all the
bluetooth headset
models (Motorola H3/

Ans 5: Please make sure that the bluetooth function on
your cell
phone has been turned on
before pairing. If the bluetooth
feature has been turned off or was set to stay on only temporarily,
you may need to restart the bluetooth function.For most motorola
phones:

2. Scroll to
""power""
3. Press ""change""

to turn on the bluetooth function.

Ans 6: Please try the following steps for pairing:
Plug the car kit
into the cigarette lighter hole. Ensuring that the car kit is off, place
the car kitand mobile handset within a 1-meter distance. Press and
hold the MFB for 6 seconds until you hear a long beep. The
green LED will first flash every 3 seconds when it is on standby mode. It is ready for pairing once the green LED stops
flashing and
stays constant. Activate the bluetooth
function of your cell phone,
which will then start searching for accessible
bluetooth devices.
Select ""car kit"" from the list; enter the passkey: 9999 and
press OK."
