All our customers PAY NO SALES TAX.

To ensure customer satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, within 14 days from your purchase date, we will refund and/or exchange your purchases with no question ask.

All you have to do is to contact our customer support representative at customersupport@cellphoneshop.net to obtain a Return Authorization "RA", and the address for return.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging. Original invoice must be included in the return package. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for original purchase.

Payment Method

We can only offer payment method through Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Orders that are sent in through the post with cash payment, money order, etc. will not be processed and will be returned in due course.

Order By Phone Surcharge

Starting from Feb 5, 2009, there will be a US$2.00 handling surcharge for orders placed by phone. All customers are encouraged to place orders online since there is no surcharge.

Gift-wrapping

Gift-wrapping is easy and convenient. Just check on the gift-wrapping option in the checkout page. We will gift-wrap the whole order for only a flat rate of $3.98. It is great for birthdays, celebrations, anniversaries, holidays like Christmas or any special occasions.

Warranty

1. Cell Phone Shop warrant to the end-user customer that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months after the date of purchase by the customer.

2. Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any:

a. Improper or inadequate maintenance.

b. Misusage and mishandling.

c. Fire, flood and other will-of-god.

d. Damaged by a wrong voltage use.

3. Warranty will be treated as void if any:

a. The original shipping invoice is lost or amended.

b. Unauthorized modification.

4. Fault product for claiming replacement should be returned within 3 months with suitable packaging to avoid physical damage.

Out Of Stock Items

Sometimes products may sell out before each order is fully processed. If this occurs on your order, you will be notified by email.

Cash back and Discount limitation

Our cash back offer cannot be used with any other discount coupon or exclusive offer from our affiliates. If duplicated offers are used in the same order, the cash back amount will be reversed. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with cash back or discount offers.
