By DB from California on February 5, 2013 Received the first D-X1 from CPS in Oct/2012, after an over-night initial charge it performed like new for about two weeks, then it required a 12-hour charging to run for 12 hours until it finally couldn't hold a charge for 6 hours. CPS replaced that battery in Jan/2013 at no charge to me. The replacement battery is just as bad as the first one. Same experience. These batteries aren't worth $10, they aren't worth free. gradually. Decided to try this rather than paying over $200 for a
new phone and new contract, but didn't have much faith. Battery
arrived in a week (from Hong Kong, no less, so that included
customs!), and it was PERFECT! I swear, it seems like it works
better than when the phone was brand new. Charges very fast and can
go sometimes 3 DAYS on a charge! Glancing at receipt, return policy
is stated and seems very customer friendly and easy (for example,
they say, "We appreciate if you can include the reason for return."

fence about it. It's been over 3 weeks since I got it - wanted to
wait to write a review until I was absolutely sure it doesn't have
any problems - and it doesn't! Battery looks brand new, works
