Data Cable and Cords

1. The USB extension cord does not fit my cell phone.

Ans 1: The USB extension cord can only be used to extend your USB connection, with a Male Type plug and a Female Type plug given for USB port. Therefore, it cannot fit any cell phones.

2. How can I transfer data from the cell phone to the computer using the data cable?

Ans 2: You will need to install a software before using the data cable. Please download the required software from http://www.bitpim.org/

3. I have installed the driver shown on the box for my data cable but the cable does not work.

Ans 3: Please try the following steps.
1. Plug the cable into your cell phone and turn it off.
2. Install the driver at http://home.netvigator.com/~wjcorp9/dku5/SETUP/ and download the software needed. Reboot the computer after installing the driver.
3. Turn on your cell phone and plug the cable into your computer.

4. The data cable does not fit my cell phone.

5. Does carrier matter to use handset manager software?
