My shipment finally arrived 3 weeks after I placed the order. Your website stated 5-7 days for shipping. I noted it shipped from overseas via Switzerland.
Your customer service failed to answer my request of were the shipment was coming from, nor could they provide tracking information.
Regular mail shipping provided a reasonable charge but there needs to be a way for you to provide shipping confirmation and tracking.
The equipment I received works fine but very dissatified with delivery time, would not order again or recommend to others.

This item is very good to extend your phone's life while cmping or otherwise away from a charger. I bought 2 so if I go away backpacking or fishing I get a total of six to eight days of use on my phone before need to recharge.
