BUT, these headsets are built very cheaply and are fragile, drop it and it's gonna break. If one doesn't baby it in every move, it'll break. If you depend on your headset as I do (truck driver) choose another or always have a backup, this headset isn't anything like a parrot, it will let you down eventually.. But it does work rather well, before it breaks, or won't bootup, or...Pros:Great sounding music!Noise cancelling works very well! Battery life is all day! Never a complaint from callers only surprise that I was driving. Don't believe I've completely drained battery after a 4 hour round-trip drive talking on the phone and or listening to music the whole way. I treat it with care and charge it overnight. Great not to worry about a headset cord especially when charging my phone while driving. I can hear much better than with the other popular brand. It does feel kind of cheap, I want to make sure that I handle it with care. So it's a good headset for many uses, unfortunately I purchased it for use on Lync conference calls, so it's not providing a lot of value to me above what my other headsets can do. Amazingly, when calls do come through whilst you're listening to music, it pauses the tune, and prioritises the telephone call, returning to the exact place of pause, when the call has ended..genius. The battery life is so long, sometimes you forget to recharge it, but that's as simple as anything too, with either usb of plug in from a direct power source. I have now bought about 5, or is it 6 for friends and family, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a reliable Bluetooth headset of amazingly good value...9+1/2 out of 10 Pros:ease of use,quality of sound, boom microphone eliminates the need to shout whilst talking on the phone, battery lasts forever..almost. range of reception approx 10-15m depending upon conditions. I drive a truck and I get comments that it sounds like I am calling from my living room. It seems to do a very good job of canceling out background noise. But the earphone soft cup fell out (and was lost) and I would have had to return the device just to get another, and I already had become dependent on it and would have had to go maybe two weeks without it. Then the charger plastic head broke off because it was hard to plug the earphones into it. At that point I decided I did not want another cheaply constructed one, went on line and purchased a first rate one, admittedly at twice the cost, but it already has lasted longer with even more use than the one being reviewed. And finally to end the saga, I was able to continue to use the headset until several days later the connection from the charger to the headphone broke off the wire and it was now a deceased object. PS My own bad was not realizing it could be returned in the US and so when the postage to China was exorbitant, equaling the cost of it, I left it at the post office, only to realize that could return it with very little postage. PPS: I gave the company a week to respond to this statement, to right the wrong, and it chose not to even respond. This tells me all I need to know about future use of this company. Great for talking on the phone in noisy environments due to having phone audio in both ears. . I drive a very noisy diesel truck and the person I am talking to can't tell I am driving. All the others would flake out from time to time, needing power cycling or sometimes even repairing to reconnect. The incoming sound was pretty good, could use a little more high frequency so sounded a little muffled, but was adequate. The other great thing about these is the directional mic. Others said I sounded clear as a landline and couldn't hear background noise. Finally, I never ran out of battery, even after 2 full days of use. Unfortunately, they started taking several pushes to turn on, and yesterday they wouldn't turn on at all. I babied them the entire time I had them, and they're in great shape except the don't work. It is helpful to hear calls in both ears. Calls from cellphones are excellent, VOIP calls from my laptop are OK most of the time, but sometimes the bluetooth dongle gets hot and the call quality gets scratchy. No big deal I just switch to wired headset for an hour and then reconnect.Great headset overall. Pros:Build quality is excellent, especially considering the price tag. I would expect at least a year of regular use out of these, maybe more.Music streaming is a nice feature - sound quality is a little muffled compared to wired speakers but just fine for background sound between phone calls. Pairing to 2 cellphones, 1 car, and 1 laptop all were no problem. I control which device the headset connects to with the bluetooth switches on each device - turn them all off by default and just turn on the device I want to talk through at any time. The headset just follows which device I'm working from throughout the day.
