Great customer service w product issue

The customer service so far has been awesome. The product was received as stated, however, the electrical side of the adapter doesn't appear to work. The video part works great. Emailed company and am waiting to hear back. The rating is for the video only as I will update the reviews after the electrical charging issue is resolved.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
